I found it during neigborhood cleanup '06. (or as I like to call it: "Second Birthday") The mother board needs repair, as the system is non-functional. As of right now, All it does is boot to a screen filled with 2 of the same aSCII characters. I'll add more information about this system as time progresses...
Time progresses:Well, now that I've grown more knowledgable about low-level programming, gate logic, components, etc... than I have 2 years ago when I started this site towards the end of my freshmen year in highschool (got HS equivelant education 2.5 years early & am now attending Sacramento City college), the problem most likely looks to be a bad capacitor. Problem is, I don't have the space to operate on something like this where the monitor's chassis is attached to the top portion of the case, & therefore I can't put the top case into a corner or something while working. I'll get to it eventually...
