GameBoy

The Nintendo Gameboy was the first successful reprogrammable handheld videogame system, But this was not brought on by it's graphic or processing capabilities. At the same time, Atari released its "Lynx", & Sega released its "Game Gear", both of which had superior screens, processors, & where backlit. Both systems where far more expensive & had very little battery life compared to the GameBoy, which brought on their demise.

I obtained this GameBoy from a trade with one of my little brother's friends. The screen cover's in really bad condition. It fell off shortly after obtaining the unit, so I had to scrape off the old glue with a screw driver & used some school glue to re-attach it. It did, though, come with the battery & extention port covers.
